Small boobs🤷🏽‍♀️

Although i think small boobs can be really pretty i have the smallest out of all my friends and it makes me seriously insecure when going out with them and I usually wear a push up bra. I understand that im only 16 so they still have time to grow but i was wondering if there are any tips that could help them grow a but faster as im a rather inpatient person😂 just little things like eating more of a certain food group or sleeping w a bra on/off would be helpful? Please comment any ideas!❤️
