Miscarriage question

Long story short I woke up bleeding yesterday and I went to er the doctor said everything looks fine with the baby and the way it should be. He also said it's normal for some women to bleed long as I'm not experiencing pain or large amounts of blood not coming out. So when I wipe today I see pinkish blood on the tissue but don't know if it's from the pelvic exam from yesterday. I'm 11 weeks should I be worried about a miscarriage like should I prepare for this or ignore it
