vivid sex dreams with...

so I keep having these vivid sex dreams with the person I'm still in love with. Unfortunately I had to stop talking in real life because he wasn't giving me much at all, he wasn't READY to be in a relationship and he has a two year old and came put of a relationship a year ago... he also told me that he couldn't give me what I needed at the moment... sucks that we are both single and cant even talk because things hurt if we do. I think about him daily, these sex dreams are so real it feels just like when we fucked, he still liking ig pics which I don't get why he just doesn't say something to me and I miss him... what should I do?
