is it normal to vomit on your period?

ive had my period for 3 years (Im 14) and Ive never had such bad cramps that I vomited this morning. Is that normal?

I’m 14 to and always on the first day of my period I get extremely bad cramps like I can’t stand and I start vomiting for ages

I get a vomit feeling about every morning during my period or around it. It might just be that your body is worked up and trying to regulate itself.
