Exercise
Hey, guys!
I recently started college back on August 25th, and an issue I’ve been having since is exercise. I’ve put on 3 pounds and even though I’m at a healthy weight, I want to lose it. Gaining weight is painful of my joints so I try to keep my weight around 120 or 118. Any tips for a person with chronic pain exercise wise that won’t cause extreme pain? Especially in the tummy region!
