Help😩!!! Lump under my Armpit 😞

All the sudden since I got pregnant.. a weird looking lump is been growing under my right armpit, started out small, now look at this shit 😖I cant even wear short sleeves, I asked my doctor and she said is normal😳I'm expecting twins so my mammary glands are producing extra hormones, and there's nothing we can do now☹️. I know weird things happen to our bodies while pregnant but has anybody experience this before? If so please tell me it will go away 🤦🏻‍♀️

So I went to see my doctor today .. and she said it's obviously bigger from last time she checked and it might be a Lipoma😞 she ordered an ultrasound and a referral to see a surgeon but they won't be able to remove now because it can get smaller after I start breastfeeding but if it doesn't that means I ma have to get it surgical remove in the OR. So I'm going to pray and hope that would help so I can avoid the surgery 🤞🏻
