if you have a chemical pregnancy do you consider it a misscariage?

I had a few VVVVFP (could see them better in person, I had to tweak pictures to see them on my phone) but I knew they weren't dark enough to be true. started spotting yesterday and it finally turned into my 'period.' it got worse and worse until I got a bath last night and then shit hit the fan and I was in agony. my cramps are better but not gone. I would have only been 3w6d if this baby had stuck around. this is my first chemical and I don't know if it is considered a true mc or not. my heart aches but I feel like I'm overexagerating because so many people have gone through so much worse. my husband just said 'awe' and moved on to the next topic. I feel so alone.
