Hellllo!! My acne breakouts before and during my period are becoming such a nuisance, and a recent blood work test showed high testosterone- which is what causes the hormonal acne. In your experiences, what birth control pill balances your hormones the best? (I’ve tried everyday women’s vitamins + evening primrose oil to no avail) thx in advance ❣️❣️
