Hoping some of you will help me out 💔 I could have posted this in PCOS group but seem like its not active that much

I have always had issues with my periods since age 12. They were scanty to begin with, but were always extremely painful that I would end up in bed writhing with pain.. A couple of years later I was diagnosed with Hypothyroid at the age of 17-19.

My periods were still not regular and would not come on own. I would still feel the ovulation pricks and twinges on either of my ovaries from time to time. On my journey to have regular periods I visited a gynae doc, thats when I was diagnosed with pcos.

I was put on BC and of course it helped me get somewhat regular periods, less acne and a bit of weight control. After 1 course of BC my pcos was gone but a few months later it jumped back cz I was leading a stressful life.

Now I am just 5ft 3inch and currently weighing 127 pounds (58kg). I was 48kgs for a long time, while having the thyroid issue so weight hasn't been much of a problem with me.

Anyways, I am currently 28 yrs old, recently immigrated 3 months back to live with my husband. the last time I had BC was 1 month before moving and after I came to live with my husband, I got my withdrawal period. I know for a fact that BC in case of PCOS helps in regulating the periods, don't know about ovulating though.

2 weeks after my withdrawal period, i got strong cramping followed by three straight days of brownish spotting. I didn't knew what to make of it. It could have been ovulation?

Now my concern is that I experience ovulation pain, but don't get period. I am currently on my cd63 (i know 33days late), and I experienced ovulation on Sep 27, ... my question is that could I still get pregnant? Does ovulation without period still gives chance to get pregnant?

I don't want to mislead my husband thinking that I am pregnant, even though I have a couple of symptoms but I can't be sure cz PCOS just messes up your body and for me UI think it messes up with my ability to keep myself dane enough to think practically.

Could I still get pregnant? If so, then guess I am currently in my two weeks wait.. if not, then I would suggest you guys to share your experience
