HELP FTM Contractions

What kind of contractions sent you to the hospital?! What feeling!? I’m so lost on what to do! 40 weeks and 1 day.. i had cramping and contractions all through the night... got out of bed this morning and they seemed to go away. I walked 2 miles this morning and hubby and I went out to eat around 2. Ever since we went to eat I’ve had about 10 extreme contractions 5 mins apart. I can still feel contractions coming and going but not as strong and lingering crampy feeling! Idk what to do 😫😫😫
