Pregnancy symptoms with ectopic anyone ????

Last year I had a ectopic pregnancy at 14 weeks and I didn’t even know I was pregnant until I was rushed to the hospital because of pain. The only thing that could’ve gave me a sign was I was tired a lot and craved a certain food everyday but I still had my normal periods until like 2 days before my tube ruptured I started spotting

I never spotted or bled. In two separate occasions, I had horrible sharp pains in my right lower abdomen area. My right tube ruptured. I had loss of appetite, high sense of smelling, which I couldn’t stand the smell of eggs, crazy bloating, etc.

I craved milk and I usually hate milk! I also had af like cramps up until 2 days before my surgery. That was it for me. I knew I was pregnant and I knew something was wrong because I started bleeding (no clots and not heavy) at 4wks. I hadn’t heard my doctors verdict yet when I had severe pain and was rushed into surgery at 7weeks. This was my first pregnancy and I’m nervous trying again now 😔
