Cerebral palsy and labor concerns

Any other mamas who have cerebral palsy or something similar who've delivered vaginally? I have a very mild case but I feel like it'll affect delivery...during this pregnancy it's affected me more like I now spasm and such (pre-pregnancy it was just some balance issues and things like that, I never really noticed it impacting my life really) and I'm wondering how it could impact delivery? I'm a FTM and since it's such a mild case I don't even know if I should be concerned?
