Should the requirement for a warrant be dropped?

Should the requirement for a warrant for a search and seizure be dropped? For example the US had a raid set up against the Cali cartel and due to a warrant issue, they had to leave thus causing the leader to get away.

They're still accountable and people still have rights.

Rules  are Rules.  As much  as it sucks..... if they didn't  follow them, they would  have  had that all thrown out in court so whats the point

Most definitely not. Warrants are required with good reason. I can’t even imagine the abuse of power that would go on without them.

They can't just drop it. We have the 4th amendment, and that's a good thing.

Banned? No. Simplified? Yes! If they could reduce the amount of time it takes to get an official warrant, it would help greatly.  It shouldn't be as hard as what it is to get one. But, banned? No.

I would not be comfortable knowing the cops can just storm my property at anytime anywhere whenever they want without reason. That’s total takeover & too much power in my opinion.

Thats a terrible idea. I like my right tyvm. I even think that warrants need be enforced much more since I'm sure some cops don't follow proper protocol.
