I tracked my bbt and curvical fluid. We were working like crazy and did not bd much. It was all about timing for us. Glow was always predicting ovulation too early and we would stop bding and it took tracking bbt to figure that out. Once we did ergot pregnant the next cycle.

We just did bd when we felt like it no pressure didn't use n app just relaxed and went with the flow and was pregnant following month, this was with my 1st x
