Sorry for the creepy title, hoping it caught your eyes enough 😂 but I currently live in a money hungry city (Worcester, Massachusetts) and it’s hard to find a house around 200k that isnt falling apart lmao or is just completely not updated. So basically I’d like to hear about your locations. I’m looking to try to convince my SO to move out of state.. I was considering Florida because great prices on the houses there (in some towns) but I want to hear more places. What’s your town like, prices on houses, etc. be sure to name your town/city as well as state.

Florida is probably the worst place to buy on a budget.  ur lucky to get a 200k home, in the getto, where u need a pitbull and several guns for protection,  from crack heads and killers. if ur looking to get something in Alachua Fl, MAYBE.. because its im the middle of nowhere.  but anywhere else.  no way. any GOOD places, like Colins ave in Miami  , are in the milions. we bought our 4/3 im coral springs Florida  (south Florida) and it was 650k. and we put 250k im equity after buying the home in full. don't know about other places, but i advice staying away from Florida if ur on a budget

Southern California, Orange County, in the hills. Prices are crazy here. Small 2 bedroom home over $500.000. My grandmother in law has a 5 bedroom house here which is worth $800.000+ and it’s old too. Don’t come here lol.

SouthEast Alabama the Florida -Ga side. best of both worlds, 150k brand new and a couple of acres.... plus an hour from the beach or an hour from any huge lake...

My sister is buying a 3 bedroom 2 bath, all updated, on 3 acres with a little like Ramada? I think is what it’s called in the back, she closed the deal at $187,000. I live in Wickenburg Arizona lol
