Have any of you ladies gone through this

My favorite position is where I lay on my stomach and my bf thrusts from behind (I inserted an image of it because I don't know the name of it). Kinda like doggy but not quiet. Well it's my favorite position and he likes it too but he likes it a little tooooo much because he always finishes within minutes of that position. I don't know how to make him last longer in that position. It really gets me off but I would like for it to last a little longer
