We have been trying since about 3 weeks after I had my paragard iud removed April 20th

We have been trying since about 3 weeks after I had my paragard iud removed April 20th. I started feeling nauseous and tired then right before time for my period my boobs got sore like always but I didn't cramp the week before like I usually do. So I waited to see if my period was going to start and I just spotted very lightly 2 days and cramped a little then nothing I took a test on the last day of spotting and got error then waited till 5 days after my period suppose to start day and got a positive :) ​
