Loss of appetite

I went to the doctor for an annual physical. I was put on two different medications (birth control and ADHD) lately I’ve been feeling very sick to my stomach and nauseous. I throw up almost every morning and when I feel hungry I’ll go get food and try to eat and I’ll take one bite and lose my appetite and feel absolutely disgusted and throw away my food. I haven’t actually eaten in over a week and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else?
