Omg Brittany congrats!! I just got my BFP yesterday and now I am feeling lost on where I should start with eating healthy. I was dieting before so I know I need to increase my calories a little but not sure of what's a healthy range. What have you been doing?

You know that's a hard one. I would talk to your doctor first off. Find out how much weight they want you to gain during your pregnancy and what they recommend you should eat. Use those as general guidelines if you can. Mine wants me to continue with a low carb way of eating and only gain 20lbs to help with my insulin resistance and PCOS. However morning sickness is starting to hit me hard and starchy carbs are the only thing that makes my tummy happy. At the end of the day it's you and your body and your baby so do what feels right for you.Congratulations though on your BFP that is so awesome!
