Lymes disease symptoms?

I have talked to my doctor already, he assumed mastitis. But I went to the ER today because I felt very unwell.. I told the lady that took my vitals my symptoms, and she asked if it was lymes.. she said they don’t test for lymes but other infections as well. 
My symptoms include: 
Chest pain on and off, body aches on and off, stiff neck on one side, fatigue, ringing in my ears, a fever, sweating easily, and swollen lymph nodes all over my neck. 
I had a full breast exam, doctor listened to my lungs, everything was okay and my blood came back clean from everything else.

Lyme disease mimics a lot of other infections. Really the only way to know is to be tested for it. Do recall being bit or finding a tick on you?

I got Lymes disease when I was younger. My fever was 104. I was so weak I couldn’t lift a cereal box. Most people get a ring rash on their body. I however did not. If you don’t have severe joint pain I’d say it’s not lymes.
