I have had the mirena iud for 10 months and never had a problem but just a couple months ago I have been spotting alot, some cramping here and there (like period cramps), nauseous almost every day , headaches and breaking out bad. And have definitely been spotting every single time I have sex. And now the last couple of times I had sex we had to stop during it cause there blood all over. It was like having sex on my period, and I wasnt bleeding before or after. I would only bleed during. No pain what some ever though. So I just don't understand whats wrong. You can see my strings to the iud but there really short so im assuming its still in the first place. Is this happening to anyone else?
