Hot Flashes during period???

Question

Does anyone else get hot flashes during their period and especially at night. Even if I'm just in my underwear, the air con on 68 and a fan going it feels like I'm in the desert. I didn't start experiencing this with my period until about a year ago. Anyone else???  😫😓

I thought this was just me. I feel like I’m sweating like a bull in the couple days leading up to and during my period. It’s both uncomfortable and a nuisance. I try to just grin and push through. I wear lighter clothing and keep a fan handy if at all possible.
