what are some simple healthy recipes? would really like to lose weight but so fussy
I’m like a really fussy eater, I only eat a few meals that I like haha. But I really want to lose weight so I know I need to change it up so what are some really simple healthy recipes? I like chicken (what I mostly eat) or pasta. I only like carrots (I know! Fussy or what) I just hate other veggies and salads haha. So maybe recipes like carrots + chicken? But I’m open to any other recipes that you think I might like haha. Thanks in advance!
