What CAN'T you start your morning without?
Everybody has their morning routines 😊
I start mine around 6am with a tall glass of water with lemon, apple cider vinegar & a little agave. Followed by some black coffee or green tea (depending on my day ahead) ☕️ then I head to class or work and always oatmeal for breakfast around 9:30 at breaktime! I'm lost without my routine.. creature of habit 🙋🏼 what gets your day started?
