Safe to travel before 12 weeks?

Hi it's my first pregnancy and wondering if it's safe to fly at 12 weeks pregnant? I have a 4-5 hour flight planned.

I flew at 10 weeks. 8hr 45 flight then 5 hrs 30 on the ground then 7hr 30 flight. Baby is fine.

Yes, it’s perfectly safe. I travelled a at least once a trimester with my first pregnancy and the worst part for me was just the nausea of the first trimester. Don’t let anyone scare you about it. :)
