Femara & hcg success

Hi everyone! My husband and I started this journey 14 months ago and finally met with a RE in December. (Looking back, I wish we would have done that route sooner.) I did 2 rounds of clomid, 3 rounds of femera, 4 of those rounds with the hcg trigger shot. I had given up all hope and was just going to do my last  2 medicated cycles to appease my husband before spending the real money on IVF. But today, we got two positive pregnancy tests and while I've been exhausted the past few weeks, today is the first time I'm nauseous and thirsty. I have PCOS and my husband has low morphology and we were still successful. I know how much the positive stories would help me during the process, so I wanted to share. Baby dust!
