Ok so when glow said that I was ovulating I was around 97.8 and that made since because before the ovulation I was around 96.5 or something. But now 1dpo I'm 98.2 isn't it supposed to go back down after ovulation. I definitely don't feel sick or anything.

Also after ovulation it stays up for at least 5 days and that proves you ovulated. So after ovulation it’ll go up and stay up. If you’re pregnant it won’t dip before your period like it usually does.

Temperatures are supposed to remain high after ovulation until the end of your cycle or longer in case of pregnancy.

When I was temp tracking, my temp would take a couple days sometimes to get up to the highest temp. It’s normal for some people! I took an OPK so I know what day I ovulated because it’s usually the next day. But my temp went up .1 degree the day after ovulation and I had a couple months where it went up more than that. Also my lowest temp was not when I ovulated. Here’s the chart from this last month- BFP at 9DPO
