First Trimester Food Aversions
Moms, can you give me some ideas of healthy/easy meals and snacks that are primarily carb based without meat, eggs, or too many veggies? I am trying so hard to eat healthy but my usual lean meat and veggie regimen just isn't a possibility right now. I've been eating whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, bananas, grilled cheese with tomato soup... pretty much on repeat. I need ideas!
