Super light period, negative HPT

So I cramped allll week (sometimes bad) off & on.... I finally started what I’m guessing is my period yesterday, but it’s soooo light I don’t even need a tampon, & it’s spotty. I’ve had several negative hpt.

I’m going to the dr tomorrow.

But has anyone ever experienced this? Does anyone think I could be preg?

It’s freaking me out because my periods are always the same, heavy Flo etc. What’s happening now isn’t normal for me. & yes, I’ve been stressed/worried.
