Does this look like to much feeding?

So my lg is 4 days old and this is what she is drinking via a bottle (my breastmilk I'm expressing) and it seems so much to me. My eldest literally every 4 hours spot on woke for a feed nothing like this ...

I was told that cluster feeding is normal. My pediatrician has me on 'on demand' feeding and mentioned that there could be days when my LO will eat every 30 minutes and days where he eats every 4.  I found this method to be way less stressful than the 2-3 hour feeding blocks the hospital had me on. My LO is only 6 days old. He definitely seems way more content with this method, and I'm not waking him up just to eat. I know he's getting enough to eat because I'm still feeding him the recommended 8-12 per 24 hours.

Looks like block feeding at night to store calories to sleep longer at night. My lo did that a lot around 4 weeks.
