Pregnant or Period?? HELP!!!

I recently had my Nexplanon removed on 09/25/17 after having it in since 03/09/17 because me and my fiancé are trying to conceive!

I didn’t not have any periods while on the birth control but on 09/22/17 I had spotting but it went away early the next morning on 09/23/17.

I had unprotected sex that same day the birth control was removed as well as 09/26/17, 09/28/17.

I was feeling nauseous and had cramps on 10/03/17, I thought I was possibly getting my period but the nausea has been constant every single day since then.

I took two pregnancy test on 10/05 but they both came back negative.

I recently started cramping again on 10/08/17 and now that is constant and consistent with the nausea.

I should also mention we had unprotected 10/03/17-10/08/17.

How long should I wait to take another test??
