Is this normal I just had my sweep.... 37 weeks 3cm 50%

Yup, normal. Even after just checking my dialation they said I could expect some spotting. 
If you bleed any more than about that within 2 hours I'd call and let them know though.

Yes. I've had SO MUCH mucus come out since sweep last Friday.  Crazy amounts.  That's normal.
