Hey ladies I had a complete meltdown at my doc appointment this morning! I am 37 weeks 2 days and was walking a ton this weekend and dancing and nipple stimulation to see if I could get anything started, I am being induced right at 39weeks but just figured I’d give things a try. I went in today and am only 1cm dilated and 100% effaced! I was a bit frustrated that I had no change in my dilation but I was fully effaced! I’m all for things just kinda happening but I slipped a back disk a few weeks ago and the pressure of my little guy has been ridiculous on my back...anyone have any birth stories of being fully effaced and not dilated and it going fairly quickly for them?
