Tingling breast/arm/neck while feeding

When I breast feed my baby I prop her up on pillows so I can have both my hands. When I feed her I have this tingling sensation (like when your foot falls asleep) every time she sucks. It travels up from my breast to my neck and arm. It stays on the side she is feeding from.

Is this normal? Has anybody had this happen before?
