Sea bands! Look them up online. They're no joke. Although the plastic ones are nice because you don't have to worry about getting them wet, and they're cuter than the fabric ones, the fabric ones are much easier to put on and they can be thrown on in a pinch. I had a bout of nausea hit me while driving today and there's no way I could've put my plastic ones on safely, but the fabric ones went on effortlessly and helped me feel better within minutes. I used to use them only for motion sickness but when I found out they could be used for pregnancy nausea, I was overjoyed. They are incredible.

Ice water helps me. And plain cheerios for munching. If it's really bad, talk to your doctor. There are medications that can help a lot.
