Can having BV while pregnant very early on hurt the baby?

My husband and I are TTC for our first. This last week was my fertile window and I’m supposed to have ovulated yesterday or today. We BD’d several times during the window. I woke up this morning and it feels like the BV is coming back. I had it a couple of months ago and it was taken care of with an antibiotic. Called the doc this morning and they can’t get me in for a few weeks! Now I’m a little scared... if I get pregnant from this ovulation and still have this when I get pregnant is it going to end the pregnancy or hurt the baby?? Will I even be able to take an antibiotic while pregnant? A little panicky over here girls!
