when to call Dr for diarrhea/poop changes? 🤔

My daughter is 8.5 months old, we have her 9 month appt in almost exactly 2 weeks. she is getting her two top front teeth. she got her bottom two around 5 months and her top fangs last month. with her fangs, she did get diarrhea but only one or two times total. now, yesterday she was warm but not hot. had a biiiig loose poop first thing in the morning. then what I would consider a diarrhea a few hours later. she normally poops once or twice a day (after breakfast and lunch) she has been refusing certain solid foods, also normal when teething but still she loves her solids so it's not like her. today she pooped 5 times. none were true diarrhea (my husband changed 2 while I was at work) but they were looser than normal and I mean, the quantity and the smell is just so off. she hasn't eaten anything new in a while, she has been eating eggs and pasta for weeks with no previous issues and I cook the hell out of her eggs 🙄 I keep track of everything. she wasn't warm today and didn't need any Tylenol or Motrin. for the life of me I cannot get her accurate temp. I should be able to. I've taken probably a hundred temperatures of babies at a daycare for 3 years. but my daughter is just too strong. clipping her nails is a nightmare too. but I do have a pretty good gauge on what is worryingly warm or not. anyway, at what point do I call the doctor? I know it's likely all down to getting those teeth but I always worry that it's not just that. also, what are some good foods to help her tummy? She's been doing well with mashed banana in the mornings. but she mostly likes to feed herself. she likes cheerios but does better with things like the consistency of beans.
