HELP! (TMI)

I am about 6/7 DPO and this afternoon I started to feel like what is a UTI. Painful peeing but no burning sensation like a usually do. So this afternoon I get home and go to pee and discover this 😱

Could this implantation bleeding or due to a possible UTI? I am also running a little fever. I have had mild cramping since about 2 dpo. I’m sort of freaking out! Both sides of the napkin looked like this. AF is NOT welcomed 10/16
