Can anyone tell me the signs of a fluid leak?

I just want to be sure. I don't think I am, but I would rather not be ignoring things that could be signs. At about 25 weeks, discharge kicked up a notch and I've been having watery/creamy discharge. Enough to make my underwear uncomfortably wet a few times a day. It's not constant. It can be watery or a little creamy, it's random. It's tacky to the touch which makes me more sure it's discharge. My fundal height is measuring on track/a week or so ahead like normal. If you had a fluid leak, was it anything like this? And if you have had one, what were the signs you noticed? Just being an overly cautious first time pregnant lady 😅

(26+6 today, I've had issues with false labor contractions and preterm labor risk)
