Workout Classes
Are workout classes like crossfit really worth it? I know they show results for sure, but Jeeze the cost!! I eat fairly healthy. I try to drink veggie juice with my pizza... you know😂😂 but I need to lose like 10-15 lbs. Im 5'9 and 180 lbs. with grad school in my routine and working part time... but I'm very motivated. I would probably do a thursday, Friday, and maybe Sunday class schedule. I've done plenty of workout routines, but this is like nothing I've experienced. What have been your experiences? Cycle classes, crossfit, multi routine classes (20 min. cardio, 30 min. strength, 5 min. stretch, etc.) Any input would be great!
