RED BUMP ON MY TITTY

Okay first, thank you for clicking onto my post, second, I have a spot on my boob. It’s read, painful to touch and looks like a bug bite minus the itch. Could possibly be a lil pimple but doesn’t seem to have any puss or cyst like characteristics. I am definitely ruling out breast cancer but I just wanna know how to get rid of this little guy cus he hurts like a mofo.
