Feel like I have to pee but can’t

I’m 15 weeks. I went to urgent care on Thursday night for a UTI came back today as a UTI. Been taking the medicine till Thursday and today I feel tickling in my vagina. Just wondering could it be the baby pushing on something? Going back to doctor tomorrow
