So I am 41 years old and have very bad PMS issues that last from ovulation till after my AF stops. I get soar bbs, extream fatigue, crazy bad mood!!!!!, non stop cramping, back ach, headach, neausea, indigestion, large clots in AF, insomnia, not wanting to eat, gas and just feeling like crud!!!!!! This is an every month issue and my Dr. just blows it off. I was recently diagnosed (3 months ago) with hypothyroid and now am taking Levothyroxine, but with no improvment as of yet. I worry I may have low progesterone, but Dr. will not order blood test as she said with regular cycles, not very heavy bleeding and only about half the symptoms of it that she does not think I have a problem with it. I read that all my PMS symptoms are possible sode effects of low progesterone and I also had 2 very early miscarrages in the past 4 months!!!!
