Unisom sleep tabs during pregnancy ?

I have probably got 6 hours of sleep the past 3 days. 
I can't sleep for the life of me. 
Whether it's being uncomfortable, not finding a good position, Braxton hicks, peeing every five minutes or back pain. I just can't sleep. 
My doctor told me I could take unisom... 
has anyone else tried this or do you have any other suggestions ????

I took half a tab a night my entire first trimester with B6 to help with the nausea. The only thing I caution you with it I to just take half a tab. It will knock you tf out but a whole pill was too much for me, it made me super groggy the next day.

I've been taking half of one my whole pregnancy! A whole one felt worse than a hang over the next day  so be careful!!

I take that, but when I'm in pain I take Tylenol pm. Now I'll say it helps me pass out and stay asleep usually for only about 4 hours then I'm up every 2 to pee lol

I've taken it every night of this pregnancy as I'm not allowed to take my anxiety meds. I'm 28 wks now and all is well. Go for it, Mama.

I take half a unisom nightly. You can also take benadryl
