So I've been on the pill a little bit over a year now, I didn't have break though bleeding or anything when I started. Once I got to maybe about 8 months on it I would spot here and there but not much so that was normal. Recently I started spotting and it didn't stop after one day so after like 3 days I texted my midwife to make sure it was ok and she said it was normal. So now it's been a week that I've been spotting and  it hasn't stopped. I texted her and I'm waiting for her to reply and I'm concerned but nothing else has changed and I don't take the pills late or miss any. Just looking for some opinions.
