I don't think there is anything "gross" about having a camel toe. I basically only wear leggings so it happens to me often, when I catch it I adjust but it just happens.

Some women are more prone due to the way their labia is. Tight fitting leggings usually show it the most. It’s not that gross it’s like having your nipples showing, just a little TMI. You can take a panty liner and move it more towards the front to hide it

Why? Because they wear clothing that doesn't fit them or it's just like a wedgie but in the front. 
No one wants to see that. I don't like seeing camel toes, I don't like seeing ass wedgies, I don't like seeing guys with boners or with their balls separated by the pants aka "frog eyes". It's common sense lol
