So I dated a guy for three years. He was overall a great guy but not the one for me. We were great individuals but not together. I broke up with him this past May and starting seeing someone else about three months later. We just got more exclusive/serious recently. My parents don’t approve of him. He’s very much the opposite of my ex. He has his flaws but so do I, but we vibe so well and he makes me so happy. It just makes me sad that my parents don’t approve. Should I just fuck it and not let it bother me, or take it as a sign? They never even took the time to get to know him either. They just seen his Instagram ad said hi to him a few times. He’s really sweet and caring. I just don’t know hot to feel bc my parents don’t like him as much as my ex. What do you guys think?
