I went in for my 20 week scan and have good blood pressure, baby is healthy but I was a bit sad after my doctor said “So you have gained 20 lbs already”. 😭 and then she asked if I felt like I have gained 20 lbs.

I’m seeing a nutritionist which she asked me if I felt like she was helpful, which she has been, but I can not control myself around ice cream and my cravings are really bad. Tried eating Greek yogurt the other night but it didn’t satisfy my ice cream craving.

What do you ladies typically eat to help keep the weight down? I’m thinking about doing meal prep again since I was really successful at maintaining a healthy weight with the right stuff as long as it was already prepared.
