Ooops...Too many....
So, I came off the pill jn July and I've been lucky in that I've returned to a normal cycle pretty quick (I put this down to Vitex). I take prenatal vitamins, Vitex, Evening Primrose Oil, Maca root, Dong Quai (up until ovulation and then again on day 1 of my cycle), COQ10 and just added Alpha-Linolenic Acid to the mix...I'm now taking A LOT of supplements, it seems crazy.

Is there anything else I should consider? Ultimately, im looking to cut this down to a few...so is there anything that's worked or not worked for you?
