which one is Better? HP or HKC?

HP has never failed me, it's great and inexpensive..usually. There's more to it than a brand name. If you want a good and pretty fast one I'd recommend you search for core i5 or higher. Slim ones are for school or work, they usually don't have the DVD player in it and they are portable.

It depends on what you want. Personally I will never use anything besides ASUS ever again. Newegg is a good site for comparing and purchasing computers - new and refurbished. I’ve been using the same laptop for four years and it’s only been on its last leg for about six months. I’ll be buying my next computer (ASUS) from them either next year or when this one finally dies - whichever comes first.
